Bug reports & feature requests

Found a bug or have a feature idea? Email us at support@simakk.co.za with as much detail as possible — screenshots, browser info, and steps to reproduce are helpful.

Self-service

Many common tasks can be handled directly from your account:

  • Cancel or change your plan: Go to Billingin your dashboard, then click "Manage subscription" to access the customer portal.
  • Update your password: Use the password reset flow.
  • Delete your account:Email us and we'll process your request within 30 days per our privacy policy.

Responsible disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability in ScriptForge, please report it responsibly by emailing security@simakk.co.za. Do not disclose vulnerabilities publicly until we've had a chance to address them. We appreciate your help keeping our users safe.
